Mommy's Birthday

Annika helped make my birthday cake. She put the m&ms on the cake to spell "Sarah." Then, she tried to eat all of them!

Uncle Steve & Ryker

Steve took Ryker for a walk on the beach and even gave him his hat to protect him from the sun and wind. Mommy did not think of doing that. Bad Mommy.

Mmmm Rasberry Popsicle

Monica was upset, but I let Ryker taste my popsicle. It was the all natural fruit kind. I think he liked it.

Cousins

Annika loves being a big cousin to Ryker. She was great about helping with him. She would hold him and watch Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with her. I think he just like being held by his cousin.

AVO & her grandchildren

AVO is the best grandmother in the world. She loves her role and it shows. The kids love her too.

1st Trip to Beach at Fire Island

Ryker's first trip to the beach happened in Fire Island. The wind was blowing sand on him, Jonas tripped and fell on him, the umbrella blew over and landed on him. It was also his last trip to the beach on this trip - too dangerous!

Fire Island Ferry

Ryker's first trip on a ferry. We stayed inside because it was very windy. Everyone else went to the top deck.

Green Sweater

My dear friend, Kara Smith, knit this beautiful sweater for Ryker.
